Review of the new Lindsay stainless steel cap for Palm Cntrl

Postby Otto on Mon Aug 17, 2009 8:09 pm

I just got in the new stainless steel cap for my Lindsay Palm Control handpiece with tungsten piston. I'm currently working on a Bond Arms derringer which is requiring a lot of background removal. The added weight of this thing really makes it hit more solid. Yet it retains its' ability for fine work. I also work on super fine things like inside ring engraving on soft metals and it works great on that. The added weight makes it more stable. So in a way I'm surprised that what I had could ever be improved upon. But this is really nice. And the price, $59. is well worth it. If you ever want to test drive one when you're in my area (Abilene, Texas), let me know.
