Hey Ted,

Would you mind letting us know how that sharpening fixture works out?

Thanks,

D.C.

My wife got me a dvd of Roping Fool staring Will Rogers. It was filmed in 1925 and that guy sure can rope. If you haven't seen it it is well worth getting a copy. It's good clean family viewing. You can get it from www.eclectic-horseman.com

D.C. YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT THE LINDSEY SHARPENER. I HAVE USED IT A LITTLE AND REALLY LIKE IT. I USE MY POWER HONE TO TO THE FIRST CUTS AND THEN USE THE LINDSEY AND THE STONES FOR FINAL SHARPENING. THE FINAL SHARPENING WAS WHAT I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING WHAT I WANTED WITH THE POWER HONE. I HAVE THE SHARPENING JIG THAT THEY HAD BEFORE. THIS SHARPENING JIG IS MUCH MORE SIMPLE AND PRECISE. ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE CHEESY PLASTIC SCREW THAT HOLDS THE BIT, LIKE IN LINDSEY'S AIR ENGRAVER.
